Hips: Good; screened  at 1 year of age

Heart: Normal and healthy. Screened via Doppler ultrasound at
1 year of age. (Both of Quita's parents are HCM DNA Negative.)

Pedigree: Quita is out of Alex and Crackle. Click here for a full five-generation pedigree.

Litters: None. Quita has been spayed.

Quita is a large, heavily boned girl with wonderful head type. Her strong, square muzzle, nicely scooped profile and deep chin are among her best features. We also like her sweet, open expression and her large ears.

Quita is a gentle, tolerant cat who enjoys lap time very much. She is endlessly cheerful and goodnatured with both our children and our other cats. Although not generally very rambunctious, Quita can occasionally be very rowdy. One of her favorite games is to "blow through" the cat-toy basket at about 50 mph, scattering cat toys (and the basket) across a wide area. Then she spends the next hour skidding madly through the toys, chasing them across our hardwood floor, or occasionally picking up her favorite (the fur "spidey") and bringing it to us to throw.

Quita is a TICA Double Grand Champion.

Here's Quita at 11 weeks:
