Meet Our Cats: Alumni: Rosie

Pinecoon's Rosie Cotton

Rosie is a red classic tabby and white female, daughter of Susannah and Pippin. Like her father, she was named after a character from J.R.R.Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings.

Rosie is a nicely put together girl with large ears and a very square, well-defined muzzle and deep square chin. She does have a slight nose bump that comes and goes.

Rosie is a smart, cheeky, personable cat who gets along well with nearly everyone. She loves attention and will "chat" at you until she gets it. Like her mother Susannah, Rosie loves to collect shiny objects like buttons and jewelry, and can often be seen carrying something small (and possibly valuable!) around in her mouth.

Rosie is already an accomplished agility cat, and has competed in several ICAT events. She was the 2nd fastest kitten at The Evergreen Cat Fanciers show in Issaquah, WA this past fall, winning $50 for her handler Katie. With Rosie, Katie won 1st Place as the highest-scoring Junior Handler in both the Issaquah and the Seattle shows. Here are Katie and Rosie accepting their award:
