Jet is a sweet baby -- a very loving kitten who purrs whenever we pick her up, and who has a gentle and tolerant nature. She does her best to stay out of the way of her two rowdy and obnoxious brothers, who have an unfortunate habit of landing on her when she least expects it.  Despite not being particularly brave, she apparently enjoys being shown. (At her first show, several of the judges commented that all three of our black kittens were purring -- including Jet.)

Jet has a beautiful long head, with a gently curved profile, square muzzle and deep square chin. Her ears are well furnished and have large lynx tips. She has a long body and tail, and is about average size for a female of her age.

The following shot isn't a very good one, but it does show her head length, and you can kind of guess at her muzzle as well (sheesh, but blacks are hard to photograph!):

She stretches pretty well, and (as you can see) has a very long body. (We think Jet is going to be a lot like her mother McCoy, who has a very long, elegant body. While not heavily boned, McCoy is nonetheless densely muscled, and is surprisingly heavy when you pick her up.)
