WADE NEEDS A NEW HOME!
Wade (so named because he looks like’s he’s wearing hip waders) is a brown tabby and white Maine Coon rescue. Wade's owners love him very much, but must find him a new home because their two-year-old son has severe allergies. Wade is a healthy seven-year-old neuter who looks and acts like a Maine Coon. (However, since his owners originally adopted him from a shelter, his background is unknown.) He is good with children, and in general is goodnatured, affectionate and loving.

CAT PUREBRED RESCUE Some of our rescued cats are adopted out through Seattle Cat Purebred Rescue (CPR), for which we are a foster home; this means that the adoption process follows CPR's guidelines and policies. Before they go to their new homes, all CPR's rescued cats are neutered or spayed, microchipped, and given a full set of updated shots. MERCER ISLAND ORPHANS & WAIFS We have also helped to find homes for cats fostered under the auspices of MEOW (Mercer Island Orphans & Waifs).

spend his days indoors, but in the summer he loves to play outside.
We nicknamed him “Puppy” partly because he’s a big boy but also for
his playful nature and desire to fetch balls. Wade loves to be the
center of attention and prefers a quiet environment."
